AMY COAN

An event professional with 15 years of experience, Amy Coan has planned and produced events of every size and type for corporate, non-profit, and social clients. She has earned her reputation for exceeding her clients’ expectations by being an active listener and an innovative collaborator, while helping her clients realize their visions and staying true to their needs, goals, and budget. From concept through completion, Amy’s acute attention to detail, creative spin, outside the box ideas, and on-the-spot problem solving, have all been evidenced by her many repeat clients during her successful career as the owner of Amy Coan Events in Chicago.  Amy and her husband have three grown sons. They recently relocated to Los Angeles and reside in their empty nest in Marina del Rey, CA.

DAWN O'LEARY

Dawn O’Leary is an expert in marketing, event management, promotion and fundraising. She has extensive experience in the administrative and management functions that are essential to business development, marketing, public relations, systems development, team building, and event production. Dawn has worked on major events such as the Special Olympics World Summer Games, Women’s World Cup, Republican National Convention, World Cup and the America’s Cup. In addition, she has consulted or worked for organizations such as  United Way of Greater Los Angeles, Major League Soccer and Dentsu America. Dawn is a Southern Californian native and resides in Los Angeles, CA, with her husband and two children.

GINGER PERKINS

Ginger Perkins has worked her entire career in the entertainment industry. She formed an international theatre company which performed in the United States and abroad for over 25 years and has produced over 30 professional theatre productions and music concerts in Los Angeles. Ginger is an independent film producer and has also held film company positions in marketing and acquisition, casting and as a personal manager and agent for actors and writers. Her charity work primarily includes producing events for The Thalians and Kings Care Foundation (Los Angeles Kings). She currently lives and works in Los Angeles and is married to entertainment producer and entertainment attorney, Bill Immerman.

REBECCA PRANGE

Becky Prange has extensive experience in event production and management, and fundraising for independent schools. Her multiple leadership positions included sitting on the Executive Parent’s Association Board for many years, eventually serving as President for two schools. She supervised and planned multiple annual fundraising galas and events, consistently outraising target amounts. She was head of the booster club for six years for two sports programs, raising funds through creative enterprises. Prior to this, she worked for 15 years in behavioral medicine and chronic pain, and earned her doctorate from The California School of Professional Psychology. She resides in Santa Monica, California, with her husband, Entertainment Executive Gary Marenzi, and  her three children.
